Unit Lead

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Unit Lead to join an exceptional care home service based in Lancashire. As a Unit Lead you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This is a special care home designed for older people requiring residential and nursing care, and is finished to a high standard. The dedicated team ensure they meet the resident’s individual care and social needs. The home offers a modern and supportive environment with en-suite bedrooms, relaxing lounge areas and its own immaculate gardens which provide residents with a lovely space to enjoy.

An ideal Unit Lead must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• RGN Qualified & NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council) Registered
• Previous older peoples care experience, in particular caring for patients with dementia, is desirable
• Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
• Excellent organisation & leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
• Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Unit Lead will receive an excellent salary of £17.50 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £40,040. This exciting position is for 44 hours a week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
