Registered Nurse - Pre Assessment

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse - Pre Assessment to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Preston, Lancashire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This hospital has consulting rooms supported by a fully equipped outpatient treatment room, a pre-assessment unit for screening and assessing patients prior to surgery as well as modern imaging facilities

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• High standards of clinical competence
• Aware of NICE guidelines on clinical assessment
• Familiarity with point of care testing equipment and working knowledge of blood transfusion/BARS including current guideline
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
• A passion for delivering an excellent patient-focus service
